Group Coaching

Training plans are built on the Area 3 Endurance system that trains your body to race with the most strength, power and efficiency as possible. The majority of workouts will focus on establishing a solid foundation of strength, power, and speed. Once that foundation is established, we develop the strength and efficiency to adapt to a higher workload. Long distance racing is not solely an endurance sport, it is a strength endurance sport.

For both training programs, athletes must be consistent and be able to follow a very structured program.

Group rides will be located in Oceanside and Santiago Canyon. Track sessions will typically be on a Wednesday evening at Biola University in La Mirada. As race day approaches, we will have a race day swim simulation at Bayshore.
