7 Week Booster Program



Training plans are built on the Area 3 Endurance system that trains your body to race with the most strength and efficiency as possible. The majority of workouts will focus on establishing a solid foundation of strength, power, and mechanics (Train the Brain). Long distance racing is not solely an endurance sport, it is a strength endurance sport.


For all training programs, athletes must be consistent and be able to follow a structured program.
